In this world, the superheroes are unreasonable coldhearted asses. The comic follows the tale of Wee Hughie as he is enlisted as well and later joins "The Boys", a CIA dark operations group managing very controlled dangers. The group comprises of five super-fueled creatures made to manage the episodes very much like Hughie's. Butcher (a man what wife's identity was' assaulted and killed by a superhuman), Mothers Milk (a man who is compelled to take care of off his own mom's bosom for his powers), Frenchman (a weird creature like man with obscure beginning), the Female (of the Species) (a quiet yet dangerous professional killer with no past) and obviously… unfortunate Wee Hughie.
